Pricing
£20 While the ring is being manufactured.
£30 When the ring is sent back to us for engraving or for other service.
Timeframe
Please allow 7 to 10 working days to dispatch the ring back after we have received it.
How it works
- 1. If you have the ring, send it back to us. Follow the instructions exactly as given here: https://www.diamond-quarter.co.uk/returns. Please ensure you notify us of the package tracking number. International customers please contact us before posting the ring back.
- 2. Let us know the text to engrave. On standard ring size we can fit in about 3 to 4 words.
- 3. Let us know the font type.
- 4. You will be notified via phone or email for payment.
- 5. The ring will be posted out and the tracking number will be sent via email.

This service is only for jewellery that has been manufactured by us.
