I have had the most delightful experience ordering my bespoke engagement ring from Diamond Quarter. Lina and Co. are absolute stars and brought my vision to life. From start to finish the customer service has been impeccable and I was notified at all stages to keep me in the loop. Lina really understood what I wanted and worked with me tweaking and changing the ring at different stages to deliver the ring that I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier with the end result. This was the first and last place we ended up going to, having spent several visits at other jewelers. We predominantly saw Holly while in store, she was very patience, considering the novice nature in our search for the perfect ring. She talked us through various designs and possible diamonds as well as guiding us on what to look out for. The time she offered was exactly what was needed and at no time felt pressured to buy anything just the knowledge that she was there to help us find exactly what we wanted. We also had various correspondence via email once a decision was made which was always prompt in reply and the ring was turned around in good time.

Shopped around at a few places and this place was my final choice thanks to the welcoming service from Susannah. She offered her time to help me find exactly what i wanted as I had a vision in mind for an engagement ring. There wasn't a matching wedding band on site available so she was able to order a custom made band to match. Her customer service skills were great and it reassured me that I was going to get a quality product. A seperate occasion when I came to pay my deposit I dealt with Holly who was also helpful and polite. Bottom line is this is the place you come to if you want quality products with great customer service, who also offer a brilliant after care service. Highly recommended

I went into Diamond Quarter having no real idea of what I was looking for in an engagement ring. Susannah and the team were amazing. They were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. My partner loved the final product and I'm looking forward to returning for the wedding bands.
